Building Use Request Form

Utilize this form to request to use the Greeley Vineyard Church facility located at 1015 9th Avenue. Please see below for general pricing (prices may vary based on the type of event you are having). After you have completed this form, our facility manager will contact you with final pricing and to answer any other questions you might have.

General Pricing

  • Entire facility (all day) use = $1,200

  • Hourly room use = $50-$100 (based on room)

  • Audio/Visual Technician = $40/hr.

  • Additional Dumpster = $50

  • Additional Staff (set up/take down) = $15/hr (per staff member needed)

  • Additional event needs (chairs, tables, lights and more) can be provided. We do have a preferred vendor that we can recommend. 

  • A certificate of insurance may be required for certain events as well.

*We have multiple floors and areas of the church* Our upstairs area contains a food prep area and sink, along with a meeting room and bathrooms. Our main floor contains a children's nursery, bathrooms and main auditorium with a full light and sound system. Our downstairs contains a large open room which can be used for a meeting or an area for kids to play.
